Julia Barretto keeps mum on issue with dad Dennis Padilla
MANILA, Philippines – Julia Barretto doesn’t want to comment about her alleged rift with dad Dennis Padilla.
“I don’t think at this point, it’s really right to fight back or speak against my father because then again he is my father,” said Julia in an interview in “Bandila” aired on Wednesday.
It could be recalled that after Julia’s birthday last March, Dennis claimed that he lost communication with his daughter.

He even mentioned not being invited at the premiere night of Julia’s first major film “Para sa Hopeless Romantic .”
In the end, Julia hopes to settle the issues she and her father have in private.
“It’s just right to keep silent and fix it in closed doors kasi usapang pamilya,” she explained.
