Up Dharma Down, Yolanda Moon & Pulso at The Brewery

MANILA, Philippines - The Brewery at The Palace will hold its grand opening tomorrow, Aug. 12, at 11 p.m. with Up Dharma Down as the main act. Front acts will be Yolanda Moon and Pulso. Touted as the largest microbrewery in town, The Brewery has all the elements that people look forward for a good time — great food, entertainment and of course, certified  freshly-brewed beers.

The artisanal beers that are brewed in-house include the Pilsner  — clear and golden in color with 4.3 alcohol content which is in the Czech light lager style; IPA (Indian Pale Ale) — malty bitter and amber in color with five-percent alcohol content; the Stout — dark in color with a hint of coffee flavor with 4.7 alcohol content and the Wheat Beer — fresh and fruity with a refreshing, carbonated flavor and 4.5 alcohol content. Pair these beers with dishes that are no ordinary bar food, created by Chef Carlo Miguel.

Tomorrow or Thursday night, guests can look forward to sipping their beers and downing their chows while listening to their favorite bands dish out a whole stream of musical genre ranging from jazz, rock and reggae. More bands are being lined-up by Rico Blanco, one of the men behind The Brewery.

The Brewery is equipped with stage, sound system and ample space to jam on the second floor for an entertaining night and for corporate events.
