Warranty services at Orange Blush

How many times have you walked out of a salon feeling and looking good, only to find that your hair doesn’t look as good as it did, or that the services performed on you were not up to scratch?

That won’t happen when you visit the Orange Blush Salon in Cabanatuan City. Orange Blush has what it calls the Warranty Services. This works like a guarantee that clients will get only the best whenever they patronize the salon.

Orange Blush Salon owner Joby Linsangan-Moreno says it’s their way of ensuring that the clients are consistently satisfied with the services they offer.

The way the Warranty Services program works is that clients receive a slip and are invited back for a follow-up visit to check on how the results of their services and treatments are holding up.

“We want them to know and feel that we do every hair procedure with utmost care and knowledge, and that our service extends beyond our treatments done inside the salon. We are ultimately responsible for our services that we render to our customers. We give out our warranty service slips, and customers are asked to come back to our salon for a free hair check-up, to check and see how our customers are doing and check on their hair/nails as well.”

The Warranty Services program is one of the things that sets the Orange Blush Salon apart from all the others.

They also have Orange Day, which falls on Wednesdays. On Wednesdays, they offer discounts on all salon services. For instance, haircuts are at P80 on regular days, but only P60 on Wednesdays; regular hair rebond service is at P1,000 on regular days but can be availed at P800 only on Wednesdays. All other salon services are discounted as well. 

They also have seasonal promos related to special events/holidays, like for Valentine’s Day, they give out two free movie tickets for couples who avail of at least P1,000 worth of salon services; recently they gave away five iPad minis to lucky customers who took part in the raffle draw with a minimum of P250 worth of salon services, one is already entitled to one raffle ticket, and during the Christmas season, they have discounted package services (such as Hair Rebond with Hair Cellophane and foot spa). And also, just recently, they gave away free colognes (in vials) for every P250 worth, with discount coupons. 

“We also have upcoming promos made, especially for students, where they can avail free salon services (for the day) with every P250 worth of salon services availed and upon presentation of their school identification cards,” says Joby.

They came up with these promos to create strong customer loyalty and relationship and at the same time strengthen the brand. 

“It is always our priority to deliver salon services with the highest quality yet affordable,” says Joby. 

It may just be a small salon in the province, but Orange Blush Salon takes its services and its customers seriously. In coming up with their Warranty program, they were inspired by their vision-mission, which is “to offer the warmest service, affordable and high quality with warranty salon services and to foster love and teamwork among our fellowmen, and to make our customers feel beautiful, happy and comfortable.”

Joby, 34, opened the very first branch of Orange Blush Salon on October 2003, with an initial capital of P30,000. Since then, it has grown by leaps and bounds and has consistently expanded to become one of the best.

Joby reveals that they have plans of continually improving their services and offerings to attract more clientele.

“I make sure that the prices are customer-friendly, the services are innovative, and the staff is well-trained,” Joby recounts. The basic haircut and blow dry is pegged at only P60, hot oil (all hair types and length) at P100, foot spa at P200 and manicure plus pedicure at P150.

With the constant desire to innovate, Orange Blush Salon has become an instant favorite with clients, such that they now have some 20 branches located in strategic places (beside public markets, beside hospitals, beside schools, even inside the mall!) in Nueva Ecija — and with the way they are going, there’s no way for Orange Blush to go but up.
