MANILA, Philippines - From now on get used to seeing skin head John Lloyd Cruz.

John Lloyd shaved his hair for the first time for his character in the film “Honor Thy Father.”

He stars with Meryl Soriano in the film directed by Erik Matti.

The film is a crime thriller, where some of the scenes, as seen in the photos, are shot in the forest.

Reports said that the film was first offered to Kapuso actor Dingdong Dantes, but the actor said he was also clueless why he was replaced.
