Matteo Guidicelli says controversies strengthen relationship with Sarah

MANILA, Philippines- Matteo Guidicelli ignores the controversies thrown at his relationship with Sarah Geronimo.

“Those stuff just try to bring us down,” Matteo replied when asked to assure his fans that his relationship with Sarah is doing well.

Recently, there have been reports saying that the two have broken up, explaining why Sarah became emotional in one of her performances in “The Voice Philippines.”

“Sarah and I are strong, strong kami,” he added.

The Kapamilya actor also chooses to remain positive, especially since he has a new project, “Inday Bote,” where he stars with Alex Gonzaga and Kean Cipriano.

Matteo clarified that his girlfriend doesn’t have issues with his new leading lady for the show, which will start airing on March 16.

“They're friends, hindi naman siya magseselos,” he said about girlfriend Sarah. “Close naman sila kaya walang problema. Alam naman niya na magkatrabaho kami ni Alex. Masaya naman siya.”

It was also easy for him to adjust with Alex since they have worked before in the teen series “Go Kada Go.”

All he hopes now is “magustuhan ng mga tao ‘yong show.”
