Ruffa’s beauty, anti-aging secrets

MANILA, Philippines - Ruffa Gutierrez (photo) believes beauty is power. It might sound like a tall order for a mom of two girls (Lorin and Venice) who juggles her time between home and work, but Ruffa manages to live by it with natural ease.
