Noche Buena buffet in Idol sa Kusina

MANILA, Philippines - From left: Ruru Madrid, Ken Chan, Julian Trono and Juancho Trivino will join Chef Boy Logro and Bettina Carlos in preparing a special Noche Buena buffet on GMA News TV’s Idol sa Kusina tonight at 7:15.

First in the menu is an enticing Pesang Pampano dish paired with an heirloom recipe called the Florentina Dip. Go healthy this Christmas by serving some veggie Kare-Kare. Chef Boy puts an interesting twist to his specialty dish Boneless Crispy Pata by stuffing it with Ginataang Puso ng Saging. Show some love and sweet treat by preparing Bettina’s No-Bake Mango Cheese Cake.
