Mutya beauty crowned 2015 Miss Arizona USA

MANILA, Philippines - Fil-Am Maureen Ann Hiwatig Montagne (right photo) being crowned 2015 Miss Arizona USA by outgoing winner Jordan Wessel. Far right photo: Maureen was Mutya ng Arizona in the 2013 Mutya ng Pilipinas pageant in which she placed first runner-up to Koreen Medina and Angeli Dione Gomez. She was also Third Princess in the 2013 Miss Asia Arizona. She will compete in the 2015 Miss USA pageant, winner of which will represent the USA in the 2015 Miss Universe contest. — CELSO DE GUZMAN CAPARAS
