Artists in Clean-Air Concert

MANILA, Philippines - The country’s top bands and artists get together to celebrate November’s Clean Air month with a free concert dubbed The 2014 Clean Air Concert. It will be held at Ayala’s Fairview Terraces in Quezon City and promises a whole day of music, exhibits, video-watching and student forum.

Performers at the event are Callalily and Imago with Kitchie Nadal and Lou Bonnevie. Also gracing the occasion are beauties from Ms. Global Tourism with the special participation of Mutya Ng Pilipinas Tourism International 2013 Angeli Gomez. Hosting chores will be delegated to actor Lorenzo Mara, Midi G, Pam Nieva and Phoebe Walker. Overall direction is by Toto Gentica. Surprise guests are also expected to grace and support the occasion.

Speakers from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and other partnering NGOs will join student leaders in the Green Forum and Trivia segment in between the musical numbers.

The 2014 Clean Air Concert is presented by Earthday Jam Foundation, in partnership with EMB-DENR and in association with Fairview Terraces. It is the foundation’s continuing campaign to create greater consciousness and concern for environmental conservation, adopting the clean-air campaign Ayaw Kong Mag Gas Mask. Partners and supporters include Honda’s Hybrid Car CRZ, Bantay Kalikasan, Foundation for a Sustainable Society, Inc. and Partnership for Clean Air.
