Akihiro Blanco, Chanel Morales take on new roles

MANILA, Philippines- Tv5’s home-grown talents Chanel Morales and Akihiro Blanco are up for another challenge as they star in their own show “Wattpad Presents: Poser.”

The two budding actresses have proven their talents through TV shows including “Pidol’s Wonderland” and being part of Sharon Cuneta’s first sitcom “Madam Chairman.”

“Kakaibia ‘to kasi dati ‘yong ginagawa namin ni Chanel na projects is mga pang bata. Pa-sweet-sweet lang. Dito sa Poser malalaman paano kami nag-mature dalawa,” Akihiro said.

Chanel is playing the role of Jammy, the biggest fan and best friend of teen star Angel being played by Sam Rodriguez, and takes takes advantage of the friendship and Angel’s stardom.

Although they’ve been together for a number of shows now, Akihiro said he’s also open to doing new roles.

Akihiro plays the role of a fishball vendor who has a big crush on teen celebrity Angel.

When Akihiro's role gets to contact Angel through her Facebook fanpage, he grabs the opportunity to win the lady’s heart without knowing the page is managed by a “poser.”
