Falling star steals show at Cosmo bash

MANILA, Philippines - Without intending to, James Reid stole the show at the Cosmo Bachelor Bash 2014 Wednesday night at the World Trade Center in Pasay City — by falling off the stage and recovering posthaste to the applause of the audience.

James was wearing shades and earphones when it happened. He was doing a sing-and-dance number and was unhurt as he climbed back onstage and continued his act as if nothing happened. (Moral of the story? Don’t wear shades at night.)

Graduating from last year’s successful Cosmo University theme, this year’s show dubbed Cosmo Tower 69 led by Paulo Avelino made every woman’s office fantasies come true.

The party also featured the “Board of Centerfolds” which included (aside from James) Joseph Marco, Geoff Eigenmann, Benjamin Alves, Pancho Magno, Gerard Garcia, Daniel Velasco and Diego Furoni, all featured in Cosmo’s September issue. Pinoy Big Brother winner Daniel Matsunaga, also a former Cosmo Centerfold guy, walked the runway with other celebrities like Rafael Rosell, Vin Abrenica, Vince Ferraren, John Spainhour, Mauro Lumba, Miko Raval, Sam Adjani, JC Tiuseco, Henry Edwards, Charlie Sutcliffe, Brian Wilson, Michael McDonell and 2014 Mister International Philippines Neil Perez, with special appearance by Aljur Abrenica.
