The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) basketball hostilities are on the last part of the second round of eliminations. A few more games and the Final 4 will be known.

“At the moment,” reported Nap Gutierrez (who knows basketball as well as he does the lines on his palms), “the defending champions, San Beda Red Lions, and the surprising Arellano University Chiefs, coached by PBA Legend Jerry Codinera, lead the pack and are considered shoo-ins to the Final Four. Host JRU Heavy Bombers, Letran Knights, College of St, Benilde and the perpetual Help College are hotly contesting the last two slots.”

This year’s 30 NCAA Hotties are made up of the schools’ campus heartthrobs with, according to Nap, Semerad twins David and Anthony the hottest among them as they continue to do endorsements (Bench, Cosmo-Cee, etc) and TV appearances (hosting Celebrity Dance Battle on TV5) while keeping their form in basketball action. “The dimunitive Mark Cruz is next to them as he also gets some endorsements (like No Fear) while maintaining his superstar status on the campus and for the Letran Knights,” added Nap who named his Top 5 choices, namely: Anthony and David Semerad, Mark Cruz of Letran, Zach Nichols of Arellano University and Jon Ervin Ortuste of San Sebastian College Stags.
