9TV & Opposing Views win at the VACC Awards

MANILA, Philippines - 9TV (formerly Solar News Channel) is this year’s recipient of the Special Award for Outstanding Television Station in the 16th founding anniversary of the Volunteers Against Crime & Corruption (VACC).

Opposing Views received the Special Award for Outstanding Television Program for its “commendable service to the community by airing highly-informative and exhaustive discussion of relevant concerns.” Lawyer Rod Nepomuceno (photo), host of Opposing Views, also received the Special Award for Outstanding Television Host.

The awards was held at the NBI Gym, Taft Ave., Manila last Aug. 20. Opposing Views airs Friday nights at 7.
