Sexy Talk with Jackie Rice

After posing for the cover of FHM magazine, Jackie Rice goes more daring in Kamkam, directed by Joel Lamangan from a screenplay by Jerry Gracio for Heaven’s Best Entertainment, which was graded “A” by the Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB).

In the movie set for premiere in International A-List Film Festival, Jackie plays the manipulative and scheming third wife of a kingpin (played by Allen Dizon) from whose point of view the story is told. The title says it all: Kamkam is Filipino for greed (as in, to quote a former government official, “Moderate your greed”) and how it corrupts those in power.

Jackie has two torrid love scenes: One with the kingpin and the other with her former boyfriend (played by Kerbie Zamora).

How did Jackie prepare for her sexy scenes?

“The first thing I did was not to be myself but to be in character so I had to study the character and really become the character,” said Jackie who, like her zodiac sign (Taurus, born April 27, 1990), can be daring if the situation calls for it. “Second, I trusted my director who is really good in what he does. Third, I trusted the scene and gave all my heart and passion. I needed to commit wholeheartedly.”

During the shoot, Jackie recalled having mixed emotions, while at the same time feeling excited because the role is the hardest and the most challenging in the eight years she has been in the business after she was discovered through the GMA talent search StarStruck.

“I was worried about what people, especially my loved ones, might think of me after watching my scenes,” explained Jackie. “At the same time, I felt proud that I did something not all actors can portray because they have too many limitations. I really can’t explain how I felt during the shoot, but I think I was too anxious. Hahahaha!!!”

“It’s something we don’t talk about at home,” said Jackie.

“I am ready to do more mature roles that make sense and will give me depth as an actor,” assured Jackie.

“Bubble Gang not because I’m part of it. We make people laugh.”

“Kenzo. The sweet scent reflects my personality.”

“Night, of course. I’m a night person. My energy is full at night. Hahaha!!!”

“Snake. Because it is slim, strong and it crawls. Hahaha!!!”

Sexiest scene that you’ve done in a movie?

“The one I did in Kamkam because I was in it. Hahaha!!! It was a rough bed scene with Allen and both of us were naked. And my passionate, extended love scene with Kerbie who plays my true love in the movie. Magkaiba ang atake. In the scene with Allen, I’m manipulating him using my body so he will choose me over his two other wives. The one with Kerbie is full of passion and love since in the story he’s the one I truly love.”

“T-shirt and undies.”

“Those of Allen and Kerbie.”

Three men that you find sexy?

“Zac Efron, David Beckham and, my boyfriend (unnamed), of course.”
