Charo named Woman of the Year by the 1st AP Stevie Awards
MANILA, Philippines - ABS-CBN president and CEO Charo Santos-Concio (photo) was named Woman of the Year — All Other Nations by the First Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. She will receive her Gold Stevie trophy at the gala banquet at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul on May 30.
She’s one of several awardees from the Philippines, including, among others, ABS-CBN, Gold; Medical Observer Philippines and Third Team Media, Cebu City, Silver; Robinsons Land Corporation and Telus International Philippines, Bronze, Services Company of the Year — The Philippines; PLDT, Bronze, Technology Company of the Year; and Globe Telecom, Gold, Customer Service Leader of the Year.
