Sinulog Queen bags MediCard Ms. Congeniality award

MANILA, Philippines - Christine Jael Abellanosa bagged the MediCard Ms. Congeniality award during the recently-concluded 2014 Sinulog Festival where she also won the Sinulog Festival Queen title.
