Warner Bros. happy with TV5’s Liars

MANILA, Philippines - TV5 brings primetime viewing to new heights with the remake of the phenomenal Hollywood series Pretty Little Liars. The Philippines is the first country in the world to do an adaptation of the hit US show, and TV5 made it possible.

The show’s producer Warner Brothers (WB) reveals that several countries lined up to do a remake but the Philippines, through TV5, is the first one to succeed in buying the franchise. “TV5 has such incredible enthusiasm and a wonderful plan (for Pretty Little Liars). Warner Brothers is very happy about this project,” says WB creative consultant James Kramer.

Pretty Little Liars is the No.1 and highest-rated series of American channel ABC Family.

Airing soon, Pretty Little Liars-Philippines is one of the most-anticipated  shows for 2014, and with the support of Warner Brothers, it is poised to be TV5’s banner show.
