Luis Manzano open to ‘rekindling’ romance with Angel Locsin

MANILA, Philippines- Luis Manzano said that he's open to the possibility of getting back together with Angel Locsin.

In an interview with late-night news program “Bandila,” Wednesday night, January 15, Luis says that he's still "patching things up" with Angel.

“‘Yong ligaw kasi mahirap kasi may past na kami, e,” he replied when asked if he plans to court Angel.

“So kumbaga we’re slowly talking again. So sana kung pupunta do’n sa patching things up and maybe rekindling.”

In October, Luis admitted that he and Jennylyn Mercado have called it quits, which is around the same time when Angel admitted that her almost two-year relationship with Phil Younghusband is over.

Meanwhile, Angel, in an interview with Ahwel Paz and Jobert Sucaldito in the DZMM radio program "Mismo,” Wednesday, January 15 relates that Luis visited her in her dressing room after the press conference of her upcoming show “The Legal Wife.”

“Kanina po dumalaw siya after no'n sa dressing room habang naghihintay,” she said. But then she clarified that “nandoon naman siya para sumuporta, hindi naman siya nangulit or anything. Nandoon siya para magbigay ng support.”

“Medyo feeling!” she replied with a laugh when asked about Luis' reaction after hearing about what she said to the press. Angel has admitted that she still has feelings for Luis.

Angel said “kasi 'yung mga bagay nga na hindi namin napag-uusapan, or hindi ko nasasabi sa kanya, o kahit mga 'I miss you,' walang gano'n, e. So nagulat siya na narinig niya.”
