Sam Milby doesn’t want to distract Jessy Mendiola

MANILA, Philippines - Sam Milby doesn’t want to be a “distraction” to Jessy Mendiola’s blooming career.

Sam has been very vocal about his feelings towards the mestiza beauty. But then, he says he doesn’t want to give too much pressure on Jessy when it comes to his courtship.

Sam seldom sees Jessy since the Kapamilya actress is busy with her primetime series “Maria Mercedes,” where she’s paired with Jake Cuenca, who’s as well vocal about admiring her.

“She has a lot of blessings right now and she’s young,” said Sam. “She’s turning 21 pa lang next month. So she’s young, I don’t want to, ako I admire her, I don’t want to be a distraction in a way of all the blessings she’s getting and concentration niya.”

“I believe in destiny,” he adds. “If we’re meant to be, we’ll be together. If it’s not meant to be, there’s a good reason.”

So what Sam does is visit Jessy whenever he has the chance, and to have constant communication with her.

After his recently concluded primetime show “Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala,” Sam is busy doing “Kimmy Dora: Ang Kyemeng Prequel” which is 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival entry.

Also by next year, he’ll do another film titled “The Gifted” where he’ll be working with Anne Curtis and Cristine Reyes.
