Ariella Arida dedicates her fight to 'Yolanda' victims

MANILA, Philippines - Bb. Pilipinas-Universe Ariella Arida gave a message to all Filipinos who are affected by super typhoon Yolanda.

In an Instagram video she uploaded Friday night, Nov. 8, she said, “Hello everyone, be safe and be strong. My heart and prayers are all with you. I know the Filipino faith is water proof and this fight I dedicate to all of you. It’s for the Philippines.”

The video came with a caption “Filipino spirit is stronger than any typhoon! Stay safe everyone! #prayforthePhilippines #for thephilippines” and now got 1,318 likes.

This was followed by another video where she asked other Miss Universe candidates to say in their native language the message “Pray for the Philippines.”

Together with the video is the caption “Keep safe Philippines from the people here in Moscow!! #prayforthephilippines” and now has 1,430 likes.

Ariella is currently in Moscow for the Miss Universe 2013 pageant, which will be on Nov. 10.
