MANILA, Philippines - Get ready to jam as some of the hottest rock acts go to The Grills at South Station in Alabang, Muntinlupa for this month’s installment of Rock Fest.

On Nov. 13, Queso performs with Ian Tayao (vocals), Paolo Toleran (guitars), Enzo Ruidera (guitars), Toots Calinawan (bass), Biboy Garcia (DJ) and CJ Olaguera (percussions). Queso represented the country in the 2000 Pusan Rock Festival and won Album of the Year and Vocalist of the Year in the 2001 NU Rock Awards.

Meanwhile, hear the unique sound of Franco on Nov. 20. Originally a collaboration project between different artists, the band is currently composed of Franco Reyes (vocals), Paul Canada (guitars), Dave Delfin (bass) and Victor Guison (drums). The Cebuano band has won the 2010 NU Rock Awards in four categories, including Artist of the Year and Album of the Year.

The grunge movement of the ’90s is alive again on Nov. 27 as Wolfgang takes the stage. Comprised of Basti Artadi (vocals), Manuel Legarda (guitars), Mon Legaspi (bass) and Francis Aquino (drums), Wolfgang is the Filipino rock group that has broken into the Japanese, Australian and American markets.

The Grills is located at lower ground floor, Yellow 2 Building, South Station, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
