Binibini runs at NYC Marathon

MANILA, Philippines - 1987 Supermodel Philippines finalist and 1988 Bb. Pilipinas-International Anthea Robles will run at the much-awaited 2013 ING New York City Marathon on Sunday, Nov. 3. Former beauty titlists and models, plus pageant aficionados, will be cheering her right on. Last year’s marathon was cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy. The only other beauty queen who has run in the NYC Marathon was 1990 Bb. Pilipinas-Universe Gem Padilla in 2008 and 2011. — Reported by FELIX MANUEL
