Sam does heavy drama in MMK

MANILA, Philippines - Sam Concepcion with Yam Concepcion will make TV viewers cry tomorrow night as he topbills the heavy-drama episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK). The singer and MYX VJ plays the role of Carlos, an academically excellent working student who is driven to earn his diploma and get a decent job to support his family. But will Carlos achieve his big dream when the people he considers as inspiration do not believe in the value of education?

Together with Sam and Yam in the MMK episode are Maliksi Morales, Rio Locsin and Jestoni Alarcon. It is directed by Raz de la Torre, written by Benjamin Benson Logronio and researched by Agatha Lee Ruadap. MMK airs Saturday nights, after Wansapanataym, on ABS-CBN.
