Bistado tracks down minor snatchers

MANILA, Philippines - Julius Babao hunts down a notorious snatching syndicate that involves minors in Recto tomorrow, Sept. 16, at 4:45 p.m. on ABS-CBN’s Bistado.

Bistado has monitored and documented how the group operates and even caught on a surveillance video the face of its financer or leader.
