Carla, Angelos in Warwick’s Manila Hotel show

MANILA, Philippines - The legendary Dionne Warwick is coming over once more to do a series of shows, the first of which will be held on July 20 at The Manila Hotel Tent. The dinner concert will benefit the Missionaries of Mary Mother of the Poor (MMMP), which was founded by healing priest Fr. Fernando Suarez.

In all her performances, Warwick will have as special guest the famous group Tavares. At The Manila Hotel benefit show, the front acts will be provided by Carla Guevara-Laforteza (left) of Miss Saigon fame, The Angelos (right), comprised of Star Records artists George Sison Tagle, Louie Abaigar and Rei Paolo Libiran; and Manila Hotel president and former senator Joey Lina. Presented by Ovation Productions, Warwick’s other shows will be held at the SMX Convention Center in Davao City on July 21; Smart Araneta Coliseum on July 23 and University of Baguio on July 25.
