Connie’s health makeover in Pinoy MD

MANILA, Philippines - Like most mothers in post-pregnancy, Pinoy MD host Connie Sison (photo) is burdened by postpartum weight gain. Connie decided to embark on a health makeover to improve her resistance, self-confidence and physique. She also wants to be healthier in order to be better equipped in nurturing her newborn daughter, Maxine.
