Jollibee’s 35th-year exhibit Buhay Pamilya goes to Cebu

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - In celebration of its 35th anniversary, Jollibee is sharing over three decades’ worth of family togetherness and milestone moments with Buhay Pamilya, a traveling exhibit. After visiting different malls in Metro Manila, Pampanga and Laguna, the fastfood chain kicked off the fifth leg of the exhibit at Ayala Center Cebu.

Buhay Pamilya relives Jollibee’s success story — from its humble beginnings as an ice cream parlor in Cubao, to becoming what is now known as the family’s second home for memorable bonding moments. Aside from depicting Jollibee’s inspiring story, it also features the many reasons why Jollibee continues to touch millions of lives.

Leading the ribbon cutting was Jollibee’s VP for Marketing Harvey Ong and Jollibee regional business unit head for Visayas, Shing Llanos. Former Jollibee endorser Donna Cruz-Larrazabal also dropped by with her kids to take a tour of the exhibit during the launch. “Now that I have kids, Jollibee has become an important part of our bonding times,” shared Donna. “Every week we have a Jollibee day and they have their own favorite langhap-sarap meal.”

“We are excited to bring the exhibit to Cebu,” said Shing. “Jollibee has become a part of the lives of millions but there are many things about the company that not a lot of people know. Through Buhay Pamilya, they will get to know more about Jollibee and how much we value the relationship we have built with our customers.”
