Lovi top bills Titser

MANILA, Philippines - Following the critical and ratings success of its original series on good governance, Bayan Ko, GMA News TV launches a groundbreaking new series titled Titser, which discusses issues in Philippine education.

Topbilled by Lovi Poe, casting for GMA News TV’s female-dominated series Titser is now complete. Lovi is joined by Agot Isidro and Mara Lopez in the new series.

Lovi plays Michelle, a poverty-stricken high school girl who dreams of becoming a teacher, but whose only option after graduation is to work as a housemaid.

Titser is directed by Alvin Yapan and written by Nessa Valdellon. It begins airing in August.
