Kabayan’s 10 outstanding students

MANILA, Philippines - Ten Outstanding Public School Students (TOPS) of the Kabayan Noli de Castro Foundation were honored recently at the GSIS Theater in Pasay City. The awardees will receive cash prizes, full college scholarship and monthly allowance from SM Foundation.
