Arjo’s baptism of fire in Dugong Buhay

MANILA, Philippines - It will be a baptism of fire for Arjo Atayde who will share a lead role with Ejay Falcon in the upcoming Kapamilya network teleserye Dugong Buhay, which premieres tomorrow, April 8.

Arjo, given a Star award by the Philippine Movie Press Club last year for his outstanding performance in Maalaala Mo Kaya episode Bangka, will once again prove his mettle in acting under the direction of Toto Natividad.

This time, Arjo plays as brother of another lead star Ejay Falcon whose father was maltreated by De Lara family, a hacienda owner.

The teleserye is a remake of Carlo J. Caparas’ story, originally played by father and son Ramon Revilla Sr. and Jr. in the 1983 movie.

From being a matinee idol, Arjo’s image will change to being an action star, and his fans are awaiting his role transformation on television.
