Saklolo rescues man locked up for 30 years

MANILA, Philippines - Today, ABS-CBN news reporters Maan Macapagal and Dominic Almelor will report in Pinoy True Stories: Saklolo the rescue of 51-year-old “Marlon,” who has been locked up in a room for 30 years because of his mental illness and violent behavior.

Although his brother has been taking care of him, Marlon is already suffering from a pulmonary disease and must be treated.
