Family Ai-Ai’s priority

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - In spite of the success she has achieved throughout her showbiz career, including back-to-back citations as Box-Office Queen of 2010 and 2011, Ai-Ai de las Alas never forgets to prioritize her family.

“Sa akin, wala na. Marami na akong bahay eh. Siguro sa mga anak ko na lang,” says the Comedy Queen.

Blessed with three children, Ai-Ai dreams big for her kids even as she throws her support for their dreams.

For instance, eldest Sancho is now enrolled in Culinary Arts and dreams of operating a resort where he can showcase his cooking skills. “It’s his dream and I fully support him. I think it’s also every mother’s dream to see their children finish their school. Makaka-isa na ko,” shares Ai-Ai.

For Ai-Ai, motherhood does not stop at immediate family members but extends to her kasambahay and kasama sa trabaho. There are five other members of Ai-Ai’s home family, including a nanny who has been with her since she was 15.

“You’re not only supposed to give your family protection but also those who work for you,” says Ai-Ai, endorser of Country Bankers Insurance Group (CBIG).

CBIG is known for its commitment to serve the life insurance needs of farmers, fishermen, small entrepreneurs and individuals who may not have easy access to life insurance.

Ai-Ai became interested in CB Kalinga. The product can be acquired for only P280 per unit per year and even protects a family of five to include benefits such as death, accidental death and permanent disability, instant abuloy, accidental medical reimbursement, daily confinement and financial assistance in cases of fire and calamity.
