What Teejay & Echo have in common

MANILA, Philippines - If Walker Underwear’s top honchos are to be asked, rising actor Teejay Marquez (photo) has what it takes to become a household name in the mold of Jericho Rosales, the brand’s top endorser who has been with them for more than a decade now. 

Such hunch is not founded on wild guess alone. It’s essentially based on how the two are somehow blessed with the same charisma, even if they practically don’t belong to the same generation. This is why Teejay, who has done a couple of TV series with his home network GMA 7, was tapped as Walker’s latest endorser with the vision that his destiny lies in the future. 

Teejay is Walker’s image model for the young men, with his smart and vibrant personality capturing the brand’s new Extreme Collection.

After starting out as a model, Teejay entered showbiz, appearing on the Kapuso channel’s Tween Hearts, then in Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin and Time Of My Life. He is also co-hosting the German Moreno show Walang Tulugan. 

He will be next seen in the films Basement and Mohammad-Abdullah to be shown early 2013.
