Meet LTC Vilma Santos-Recto PAFR

MANILA, Philippines - Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto is now ranking military lady. She took her oath last Nov. 27 at the Bulwagang Makulot, Fernando Air Base, Lipa City. Incidentally, the Alah Eh Festival starts today (and lasts until Dec. 8) as a celebration of the 431st Foundation Day of Batangas. The event began only when Vi took over as governor. Tanauan town is host of this year’s (fifth) celebration which will be highlighted by The Voices, Songs & Rhythms finals on Dec. 8 hosted by Vice Ganda. The board of judges is composed of Angeline Quinto, Nonoy Tan, Mon del Rosario, Von Arroyo, Vehnee Saturno, Linggit Tan, KZ Tandingan (of X-Factor Philippines), Champ Lui Pio, Rey Valera, Claire dela Fuente and Celeste Legaspi (chairman).
