Get closer to rock stardom at Festival Supermall

MANILA, Philippines - Aspiring musicians are always in search of that big break. Hours of practice to perfect that song all leads up to that moment where someone recog- nizes your talent and signs you up for a record.

Now, you and your band can be closer to rock stardom as Festival Supermall in Alabang, Muntinlupa City holds the Battle of the Bands 2012 on Nov. 25, 4 p.m., at the second level Carousel Court.

The Battle of the Bands is open to all amateur bands comprised of four to nine members. Participating bands must purchase P200 worth of amuse- ment center gift certificate and submit their band profile with photo along with the registration form available at the

Amusement Office. The grand winner will receive

P15,000 while the first runner-up and the second runner-up get P10,000 and P5,000, respectively. There will also be a Voter’s Choice award where the audi- ence can cast their vote by purchasing ride coupons. The band who wins the award will get P3,000.

Festival Supermall is a premier development in Filinvest City, Ala- bang, Muntinlupa City. It is the only mall with five anchor stores: Shopwise Supercenter, SaveMore, Robinsons Department Store, Ace Hardware and Handyman.
