The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - As the Filipino remake of the well-loved Korean romantic comedy series Coffee Prince continues its ratings success, the GMA 7 show’s main cast is set to captivate the hearts of the Cebuanos for a promo tour today.

Kapusong Cebuanos will have the chance to be up-close and personal with the Coffee Prince stars Aljur Abrenica, Kris Bernal, Benjamin Alves and Max Collins.

Romance will first brew in Barangay Guadalupe Covered Court for a Kapuso Barangayan at 1 p.m. It will be followed by another run of activities at the University of the Visayas Main Campus Quadrangle for a Kapuso Campus Tour at 3 p.m.

The amusing antics of Aljur and Kris as Arthur and Andy, and their romantic entanglements with Benjamin and Max as Errol and Arlene will then be witnessed by the Cebuanos in a Kapuso Mall Show happening at SM City Cebu Event Center at 4 p.m.

On the next episodes of Coffee Prince, Arthur will send pastries to Andy’s family which will trigger the idea that he is courting her. But Andy is starting to have feelings for Arthur, she’s just denying it because she’s frightened she’ll end up getting hurt again.

But her mother, Beth, and Mang Ernie will persuade her to tell the truth. When Andy finally decides to confide her true identity, she will see Arthur and Arlene together, kissing each other.

Will Andy follow her heart and reveal her true self and feelings to Arthur? Or will she decide against it and nurse her broken heart on her own?

Coffee Prince airs weeknights after Temptation of Wife.
