Cinema One Global now available in Singapore

MANILA, Philippines - After years of enjoying The Filipino Channel (TFC), Filipinos in Singapore can look forward to another entertainment channel in Singapore — Cinema One Global. Filipinos can now enjoy the No. 1 cable channel in the Philippines, through StarHub TV.

Television screens with Cinema One Global will have a big theater feel as TFC via StarHub TV unveils the biggest movies from blockbuster hits to award-winning independent films. Cinema One Global has the biggest library of films with 3,500 movies. The library includes the exclusive rights to air the blockbuster movies of Star Cinema lined up this year at Cinema One Global. Cinema One Global’s movie line-up also includes the biggest films from other movie outfits such as Viva Films, Octo Arts, Seiko Films, Regal Films and more.

These movies include No Other Woman, Segunda Mano and One More Chance from Star Cinema, Enteng ng Ina Mo from Octo Arts Films, Shake Rattle and Roll from Regal Films, and Won’t Last A Day Without You and A Very Special Love produced by Star Cinema and Viva Films. Viewers can also enjoy digitally restored films such as the classics Himala and Oro Plata Mata.

From drama, comedy, action, fantasy, indie to horror, Filipinos can look forward to a new movie every month. Aside from mainstream movies, Cinema One Global will also show award-winning and much talked-about independent films from Cinemalaya and Cinema One Originals, the first film festival mounted by a Filipino movie channel in and outside the Philippines.

Apart from the movies, Cinema One Global will also showcase the catch-up marathon of top-rating teleseryes including the highly-anticipated A Beautiful Affair, and the new series Ina, Kapatid, Anak and Paraiso. Filipinos who may not be able to catch their favorite drama series via TFC can still enjoy them via Cinema One Global.
