Kapamilya stars run, ride & roll for Pasig River

MANILA, Philippines -  Kapamilya stars took time from their busy schedules and joined 70,000 people in the 09.30.2012 Run, Ride & Roll for the Pasig River in Quezon City last Sept. 30.

Kim Atienza and Matteo Guidicelli ran in the invitational 21K CEO River Warrior Run together with Sen. Pia Cayetano, ABS-CBN chairman and CEO Eugenio “Gabby” Lopez III and Ayala Corp. president and COO Fernando Zobel de Ayala, while Kim Chiu, Maja Salvador, and Xian Lim took part in the 5K Morning Madness Run.

Kuya Kim and Matteo also hosted and entertained participants in the post-race program that featured Sam Milby, Robi Domingo, Venus Raj, Jovit Baldivino and Marcelito Pomoy at the Quezon Memorial Circle. Event organizer Kapit Bisig Para sa Ilog Pasig aims to raise P14M in the run to start the clean-up in the esteros of Quezon City as a part of the seven-year rehabilitation of the Pasig River.
