Masculados 10th-year concert

MANILA, Philippines - The all-male song-and-dance group Masculados (photo) will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a concert titled Masculados: Dekada on Oct. 15, 10 p.m. at Zirkoh in Tomas Morato, Quezon City.

Masculados is now composed of Enrico Mofar, Lexter Lazaro and Robin Robel, who belong to the original group, and Ozu Ong, Nico Cordova and Orlando Sol who joined Masculados in Jan., 2010.

Through these years, Masculados has consistently been awarded the Best All-Male group Artist by the National Affairs Foundation since 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009 to the present; Novelty Artist of the Year; Dance Album of the Year by the Second PMPC Star Awards for Music, and Most Promising Group-Singer Entertainer by the 34th Guillermo Awards, just to name a few.

The group is also a consistent top entertainer awardee for novelty songs. Masculados popularized such hits like Sana Mama, Lagot Ka, Nakaka, Macho Papa, Ganda Sexy Sexy, and the all-time favorite, Jumbo Hotdog. The concert will also launch the group’s fourth album, Masculados: Dekada featuring Di Ko Mapigil by Lito Camo; Cam2Cam by Edwin Marollano; Hawakan Mo Na by RJ Jimenez; Super Papa by DJ Coki and Jeffrey Palompo; and Masculados Mashup arranged by DJ Coki.

Guests on the show are Sonny Parsons, Kylie Padilla, Bella Padilla, Osang of The X-Factor Philippines, Kim Idol, Bombshells and the original Masculados.
