MANILA, Philippines - Teeners and young at heart flocked to the Chalk Fashion Rocks 2012 held at the SM Mall of Asia Main Mall Atrium last week to watch the Bright Young Manila kids and UAAP ballers walk the runway wearing the latest trends.

The theme is titled Varsity Blues; preppy meets sporty for the guys and Ivy League Chic for the gals. The clothes were sponsored by SM Men’s Fashion.

To celebrate Chalk’s 12th year, the people behind the magazine invited the “it” kids of this generation, Bright Young Manila, composed of young fashion designers and bloggers, go-getters, film and music lovers and campus achievers which included Dani Barretto, Cara Manglapus, Hannah Reyes, Fredison Lo, Louis Isok, Jan Pineda and Nix Pernia.

Pinoy Big Brother Teen ex-housemates Myrtle Sarrosa and Yves Flores along with the UAAP ballers made the fashion showdown even more exciting. The fashion night-out was hosted by Chalk Magazine September issue cover girl Megan Young and MYX VJ Chino, with the special participation of Lauren Young.
