New season of Dragon Ball on GMA

MANILA, Philippines – Beginning today, GMA Network presents the newest season of Dragon Ball Z Kai featuring the return of Frieza, the ultimate nemesis of Super Saiyan Goku, on planet Earth. It will air right after Hunter X Hunter.

After surviving his last battle versus Goku, Frieza is set to return to Earth to exact revenge. Immense chaos will ensue as Frieza has been rebuilt into a cyborg through the help of his father King Cold.

As Frieza and King Cold head toward Earth, they are met by a mysterious teenager who claims that he will kill them using his sword.

While Goku has not yet returned to Earth after his last encounter with Frieza, the Z Fighters gather to defend the planet despite knowing the odds are against them versus the evil forces of Frieza and King Cold.

Where can Goku be? What can possibly be his reason for not immediately coming back to Earth? Will the Z fighters be able to save Earth? Who is the mysterious teenager who challenges Frieza and King Cold?
