The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - More than 7,500 Legazpeños cheered Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla and Khalil Ramos of ABS-CBN’s Princess and I during the Princess and I Royal Karavan that happened at the LCC Parking Lot as part of the Salamat Kapamilya project of ABS-CBN Regional Network Group (RNG).

The stars visited the region to thank their supporters. The Kapamilya Network still reigns all over South Luzon with its total day average audience share of 18.8 percent compared to the 8.8 percent of GMA 7 and 2.7 percent of TV5 based on the urban and rural audience measurement data of Kantar Media. ABS-CBN also soars high on primetime with its average audience share of 29.2 percent, triple of Kapuso’s 10 percent and far from Kapatid’s 3.7 percent, while ABS-CBN’s daytime average audience share rate of 13.6 percent against GMA’s 8.2 percent and TV5’s 2.2 percent.

Daniel made girls feel weak at the knees when he sang Prinsesa and Hinahanap-hanap Kita from his self-titled album while Khalil touched the hearts of many as he performed Now We’re Together and Kung Ako Ba Siya. Kathryn also charmed the audience with her sweet rendition of Mula Noon Hanggang Ngayon and made everyone dance when she sang Call Me Maybe.

An on-site selling of the Princess and I album gave Bicolanos a chance to sit at the VIP area where they could watch the stars up close.

“The Bicolanos welcomed us warmly. We thank everyone and we hope for your continued support for Princess and I,” said Kathryn.

Watch out for the next fun-filled Kapamilya Karavan in Naga on Sept. 8 for the Peñafrancia Festival where Coco Martin and other Kapamilya stars will join in.
