Still glamorous and beautiful in their 80s

MANILA, Philippines - They don’t look their age, do they? When Mila del Sol, Delia Razon and Lilia Dizon, all LVN stars, graced the opening of Danny Dolor’s exhibit of pre-war (1936-1941) movie ads at the CCP lobby last Friday, those present couldn’t believe that they are into their 80s. According to Funfare’s ‘other beauty expert’ Celso de Guzman Caparas, he learned in his research that Mila is 89 (May 12, 1923), Lilia is 84 (1928) and Delia is 81 (Aug. 8, 1931). Mila (mother of Jeanne Young) is the only surviving pre-war actress; Lilia (mother of Christopher de Leon and his sister Pinky) and Delia (grandmother of Carla Abellana) are post-war actresses.
