Little Asia's Mother's Day specialties

MANILA, Philippines - Little Asia has prepared a special menu for mothers for Mother’s Day, May 13.

According to LA owner-manager Charlemagne Lim, clients get a two percent discount until end of the month if they present their Morrissey concert ticket to any Little Asia outlet. People can also buy the Morrissey concert tickets from him at 0917-8334223. Show date is Sunday, May 13,  at 8 p.m. at World Trade Center.  

Here are the special dishes:

1. Chicken Nanbanzuke — Fried chicken lollipops with marinated vegetable dipped in Japanese-mirin vinegar

2. Szechuan Chicken — Diced crispy chicken tossed in our own salt and pepper spice mix with Thai chili

3. Two-Cheese Chicken — Baked boneless chicken and bacon smothered in mushrooms and topped with melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheeses with honey-mustard sauce on the side

4. Sizzling Spareribs — Grilled spareribs marinated in oregano, parsley and cayenne peppers topped with mushrooms and gravy 

5. Coconut Prawns — Quick-fried prawns in coconut cream sauce with mixed spices and basil 

6. Chocolate Sweet Potatoes — Homemade sweet potato chips covered with milk chocolate served with vanilla ice cream
