Jay Leno's celebrity guests
MANILA, Philippines - Today, former presidential hopeful Richard John “Rick” Santorum takes a break from politics and appears on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The republican senator has been a hot topic in America lately, not only for the announcement he made on suspending his campaign in the GOP race, but also for denying that he asked Lindsay Lohan to pose for a photo with him at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Friday Night Lights star Taylor Kitsch will also be interviewed by Jay to promote his movie Battleship. The actor caught the ire of Filipinos recently, when he guested on the Letterman show claiming he was denied entry to the country and described how an airport customs officer threatened to send him back to Japan because he had run out of pages in his passport. Allegedly, the Philippine customs officer asked for his iPhone as a bribe. But it later turned out that Taylor had no record of entry in the Philippines, and the incident happened in Indonesia.
Tomorrow, May 10, Community star Alison Brie shares her experience on filming the Nicholas Stoller romantic comedy, The Five-Year Engagement. Alison is also expected to discuss with Jay two films which she is set to appear on — Get a Job and Adventures of Dunderheads. The winner of NBC’s singing talent search delivers a performance during the show.
On May 11, Deal or No Deal host Howie Mandel shows his stand-up comedy roots as he hits the stage with Jay. Howie is also busy attending to his TV commitments. Aside from America’s Got Talent and Mobbed, he is also set to host a new game show that takes place in the sky! You’ve read that right. We don’t want to give out every detail of the original series, so you better hear it from Howie himself. Then, Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino shares his joy on becoming a New York Times bestselling author. His debut book, Control the Crazy, offers a step-by-step program on handling an anxious mind and filling it with a sense of personal power and control that will rock every facet of your life.
The Tonight Show with Jay Leno airs Tuesdays to Saturdays at 1 to 2 p.m. via satellite with same-day replays at 12 midnight on TalkTV.
