Kapuso stars at Heat Wave Summer Bazaar

MANILA, Philippines - The heat is on as Kapuso stars sizzle at the Heat Wave Summer Bazaar starting tomorrow, April 13, until April 15 at the World Trade Center featuring the hottest essentials for a sizzling summer.

Opening the program is Fil-Canadian Mikey Bustos as program emcee, with special numbers from Joyce Ching. Protégé stars shine in the afternoon featuring Denise Barbacena, Lirah Bermudez and Jenzen Tenoso. 

Meanwhile, Derrick Monasterio and other surprise guests will be seen in special production numbers on April 14.

The bazaar offers a sizzling collection of the hottest summer essentials, from upcoming entrepreneurs featuring their hip and trendy summer items for those planning a summer getaway. There will also be special highlights like fashion shows, live performances by GMA celebrities and raffle draws.

Products include swimwear, bandeaus and cover-ups, summer tops and bottoms, flipflops, sandals, footwear, eyewear, headpieces, perfumeries, cosmetics, skin care, novelty items, home accents, food treats and refreshments and getaway destinations.

Noteworthy brands that will be showcased include Lindsay Phillips, One Sole by Quick Change Artist, Spongeables, Spongelle, Grendha, Ipanema, Levi’s, Dockers, Rider, EFX, Ever Bilena, Luminox and Rudy Project, among others.

Organized by Cut Unlimited which brought the Noel Discovery Christmas Bazaars, the event is presented by GMA News TV, PDI, The Foreign Post, Gala Magazine and CityPoynt.com, 97.1 LS FM and DZBB.

Proceeds will benefit the GMA Kapuso Foundation program which seeks quality education by expanding its Kapuso School Development (formerly the Kapuso School Rehabilitation Project).
