Miramar Hotel opens Bistro M

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Beautifully restored to its 1930’s grandeur, Hotel Miramar has become a destination for local and foreign Art Deco buffs. The historic building had once been the luxurious digs of one of Manila’s renowned de buena familias; Manila’s very first and oldest-running elevator, the bright and airy atrium, period furniture and accessories, large guest rooms, and culinary specialties by Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef Michelle Pe give the property undeniable charm.

The hotel’s Bistro M is open to both guests and patrons. It’s a chic bistro by day and intimate music lounge by night.  Restore yourself from the day’s toil and savor well-crafted food and cocktails while enjoying its nightly entertainment Mondays to Saturdays. Featured music nightly are piano on Mondays; jazz, Tuesdays; pop-jazz, Wednesdays; soul and classics, Thursdays, and variety, Fridays and Saturdays.

Bistro M also introduces its featured bar chows such as Bistro M’s take on the Mackerel Ceviche and Flaring Chicken Wings and cocktails, Clementine Vodka and Rum Cinnamon.
