What motivates Pinoy talents

MANILA, Philippines - A Filipino talent earned the only standing ovation from the judges in the last two weeks of American Idol.

Jessica Sanchez is the only Filipino finalist in this year’s edition of the No. 1 US talent show. She comes after another Filipina, Thia Megia, who made it to the Top 10 in last year’s edition.

These two Filipino talents showcased the natural talent of the Filipino that when sharpened is able to compete on the world stage.

Take a second look at the stage wares of Jessica and you will notice, her movements on stage are almost common on the Philippine stage.
