Erich and Enchong grateful to Maria fans

MANILA, Philippines - The cast of ABS-CBN’s Maria la del Barrio led by Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee (photo) expressed their appreciation to fans after almost seven months of giving their support to the love story of Maria and Luis.

“We would like to thank the viewers for trusting the show. Everyone should not miss the finale as there are still a lot more surprises and revelations that the fans should watch out for,” said Erich.

As a special thanksgiving treat, the cast recently had a grand motorcade to thank their supporters. They toured from the ABS-CBN compound and headed to Monumento, Caloocan and Valenzuela. Other cast members who joined in the motorcade were Angel Aquino, Assunta de Rossi, Ian Veneracion, Jewel Mische, Arron Villaflor, Jane Oineza and Alyanna Angeles.

Netizens were also given a thank-you bash by Erich and Enchong as the onscreen couple answered tweets from their fans in the #MLDBTwitterParty held last week which eventually became a worldwide trending topic on Twitter after EnRich (Enchong-Erich) fans flooded the popular microblogging site with questions.
