Clinique celebrates art and beauty
MANILA, Philippines - Tinseltown’s most gorgeous beauties came together to celebrate the launch of Clinique’s 2012 Spring Makeup Collection in an exclusive VIP event held at the Whitespace.
The original dermatologist-created brand left no stone unturned to mount its biggest event in the Philippines that celebrated women as works of beauty and art.
In true celebrity fashion, showbiz’s most beautiful women and society personalities walked the red carpet dressed to the nines in keeping with the event’s glitzy theme.
It was indeed a toast to women’s beauty with the lineup of stars present at the fabulous affair. Solenn Heussaff, Lovi Poe, Isabelle Daza, Iza Calzado, Bianca Manalo, Phoemela Baranda and G Toengi looked ravishing in their attire. Not to be left behind were models Raya Mananquil, Isabel Roces, Pauline Prieto, Alex Escat and Valerie delos Santos who were equally breathtaking.
The guys also worked the red carpet to honor women in this special night. Rovilson Fernandez, John James Uy and models Cliff Cole and Brent Javier celebrated the night of beauty and art with their respective muses.
Present to introduce the new makeup products were Clinique executives Paul Slavin, VP and GM for Asia Pacific; Kaye Fidelino, brand manager for Clinique Philippines; Rick Felecia, regional education manager; Imelda Lerma, business development manager for Estee Lauder Philippines; and Mirabelle Villanueva, marketing manager for Clinique Philippines.
Event host Joey Mead was also enchantingly beautiful as she joined guests in welcoming Clinique’s new makeup products in the Philippines: Lid Smoothie Antioxidant 8-Hour Eye Colour, Quickliner for Eyes Intense, Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm and Almost Lipstick.
To celebrate the launch of its new products, Clinique held a special media launch during the day which featured a makeup demo to showcase the versatility of its new makeup products. For the exclusive VIP party, a makeup show was held featuring models in natural daytime, nighttime and bridal makeup looks created using Clinique’s intense and vibrant shades.
Clinique also featured the works of upcoming Filipina artists Kasey Albano, Valerie Chua, CJ de Silva and Jin Joson, who each showcased their own interpretations of the theme You as a Work of Art using Clinique products for their artworks.
